Orders and Shipping

ORDERS

All prices in our shop are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws.

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes.

Prompts for the creation of custom orders will be provided either in the item’s description or upon putting an item into your cart. You have 24 hours from the purchase of a custom order to contact us if you have entered information incorrectly (such as incorrect spelling). After 24 hours, we will proceed with the custom order as it is entered into our system (or adjusted by you contacting us). We are not responsible for an error in spelling so long as our product matches the information you provide to us.

Custom orders are made once the purchase is complete. We will do our best to craft each order as quickly as possible while allowing for our best quality work.

Changes to or a cancellation of an order can be done by contacting us at thesistersistershop@gmail.com and must be completed within 24 hours of purchase. This includes making changes to a delivery address. Orders may not be cancelled more than 24 hours after the purchase transaction is complete.

SHIPPING

Each new order will be shipped in as timely a manner as possible. In-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Once your order is shipped, it should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Please note that your order may experience delays due to high order volume during promotional events or holidays.

Custom orders will take longer to fulfill and may take up to 2 weeks to process before shipping. We will do our best to note accurate estimates of shipping times in the descriptions of custom orders.

Shipping times are estimates. We will do our best to meet these estimates but it is not a guarantee. We are not responsible for shipping delays once an item has left our location.

We ship our orders via USPS based on the size and weight of orders placed. Shipping costs are based on weight of the final order. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials. However, if one of your items is scheduled to take longer with shipping than another (for example, an in-stock item and a large, custom order), we will ship your available items as soon as possible.

RETURNS

We will take returns of in-stock items only. We cannot accept returns of custom orders.
