ACCOUNTS

How do I create an account?

To create a new account, click on “Login” in the top right-hand corner of your screen. You will be prompted to create a username and password. You also have the option of creating an account with your information during the checkout process.

What are the benefits of having an account?

Within your account, you can view orders, update billing information, add or update your shipping address, update your name or your password. For information about what we do with your information, please read our Privacy Policy.

 

ORDERS

I’m confused about how to proceed with an order - can you help?

Yes! If you are trying to put an order through our website but you have questions, check out our Orders and Shipping page for more information. If that doesn’t help, please feel free to reach out to us at thesistersistershop@gmail.com.

How can I check on my order?

If you’ve created an account with us, simply log into your account or follow the “View Order” link in your order email. With custom orders, we encourage you to do this as soon as your finish your transaction and receive your order email so you can ensure things are spelled correctly.

After my order has been placed, can I change it?

We ask that any changes or cancellations are made up to 24 hours after your purchase transaction by emailing us at thesistersistershop@gmail.com. After 24 hours, we are no longer able to adjust an order.

I just realized I spelled something wrong on my custom order! How do I fix it?

We allow 24 hours for you to email us at thesistersistershop@gmail.com with any order changes or cancellations.

What is your cancellation policy?

We allow 24 hours after your purchase transaction is complete to cancel your order. After 24 hours have passed, we are not able to cancel your order.

 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

How do you calculate shipping cost?

Our shipping cost is based on the total weight of your order. These costs are based off the most current USPS shipping rates.

What is your processing time on an order?

Our processing times vary based on our volume of orders and whether or not an order is custom. We will do our best to keep you up to date on our processing times, but please understand that these times are estimates. In-stock items will ship between 3 and 5 business days. Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to process. Please see our Orders and Shipping page for more information.

My shipping address was entered incorrectly. Can you help me?

We ask that you check your shipping address both before you complete your transaction as well as in your order email. We hope to have all the correct information 24 hours after your place your order. However, if you have not yet received a shipping email from us, there may be a chance that we can correct it before we send it to you. Reach out to us at thesistersistershop@gmail.com to check if we are able to change it. The Sister Sister Shop is not responsible for an incorrectly-entered shipping address once the package has been shipped.

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We will take returns of in-stock items only. We cannot accept returns of custom orders. Please reach out to us at thesistersistershop@gmail.com regarding returns.

How long will it take for a refund for a return to appear in my account?

Your refund will be processed on a return after we have received the product back. Once that happens, you will receive an email that your refund is being processed. The time it takes a refund to process varies from bank to bank, with the average time for the refund to go through being 5-10 business days. Please contact your bank if you have any questions once you have received your refund email.
